This basement wine cellar was one of our favorite builds of 2019. To be able to work alongside Tom Kerridge and Gary Neville at the fabulousBull & Bearwithin TheStock Exchange Hotelin Manchester was a real honor. Working in tandem with other trades during the final weeks of the renovation of the former Stock Exchange building, we created a dual purpose space within the hotel’s basement function area. There is a larger area which houses the majority of the hotel’s wine collection but also with the ability to hold up to 12 people for an intimate dinner or meeting, and also a separate fine wine room holding the long term storage, high value products.
We feel that we have created a real talking point as there really isn’t anything like this space in Manchester and it reinforces the focus on wine that the Bull & Bear have.
